Your rights under the GDPR

If personal data concerning you is processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and you have the following rights against emgprd.org (hereinafter referred to as "us" or "we") as the controller.

a) Rights under Articles 15 et seq. GDPR
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed; if this is the case, they have a right of access to this personal data and to the information specified in detail in Article 15 GDPR. Under certain legal conditions, you have the right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR, and the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") under Article 17 GDPR. As the controller is established in Estonia, the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act (Isikuandmete kaitse seadus, "IKS") applies in addition to the GDPR and may contain further provisions regarding the right of access and the right to erasure. You also have the right to receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (right to data portability) under Article 20 GDPR, provided that the processing is carried out using automated means and is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) or Art. 9(2)(a), or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

b) Withdrawal of consent under Art. 7(3) GDPR
If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Please note that the withdrawal only takes effect for the future. Processing carried out before the withdrawal is not affected.

c) Right to complain
You have the option of submitting a complaint to us or to a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR).

d) Right to object under Article 21 GDPR
In addition to the aforementioned rights, you have the right to object as follows:
Right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation
You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(1)(e) GDPR (processing in the public interest) and Article 6(1)(1)(f) GDPR (processing based on a balancing of interests); this also applies to profiling based on this provision within the meaning of Article 4(4) GDPR. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
